Not 100% Happy? No Problem! We are happy to exchange any products that our customers are not entirely satisfied with…not that this happens very often of course! As long as you enclose a copy of your order together with a note of what you would like to exchange it for and your receipt, we will sort it out for you. We also ask that all items are suitably packed and that you obtain a proof of posting receipt.
