"Dear Hiromi, I have been a collector of Japanese prints for many years and was therefore delighted to stumble across your website while internet surfing. I purchased Evening Rain in the Akasaka Poulownia and was extremely pleased with it. The composition, draughtmanship, detail and use of colour are simply outstanding. The framing is also very professional. The item was well worth the modest purchase price. I paid the few pounds extra for next day delivery: It arrived within 24 hours by DHL who bombard you with emails and texts to report on progress. I am concerned when fragile items are consigned to the mercy of a courier but I need not have been: it was very well protected by layers of bubblewrap and was encased in a sturdy cardboard box. I will definitely be visiting your website again and already have my eye on some more items I intend to purchase. Thank you again. Best wishes."

We lived in Japan for 10 years over several different times the last time being in the 80s. We were very sad when the company sent us back to HongKong. We did bring back some rice bowls which I dropped recently. All was good though as yours are much nicer."

It confirms 100% what you promise about your endeavour to provide a high level of service. This was only a small purchase but it is obvious that the process of wrapping was carried out with the care that one might expect to be given to a precious object.
