Extended Christmas Returns
To help you have more confidence with your Christmas shopping we always extend our 100% guaranteed no-quibble free returns policy to all orders received after 1st November! Please still make sure that your order is still returned with the original packing and in re-saleable condition.
Ordering over Christmas
Feel free to place your order at any time over the Christmas holiday period but please note the following;
- Orders received after 12 noon on Monday 23rd December will not be despatched before Christmas.
- We will be closed (no orders processed) from 12noon on Tuesday 24th December to Thursday 26th December.
- We will open (start processing orders) on Friday 27th December.
Christmas Delivery Deadlines
For your gifts to be delivered before Christmas Day, please order online by:
For UK delivery;
- 2pm Thursday 19th December (standard delivery)
- 2pm Friday 20th December (next day delivery)
For EU delivery;
- Wednesday 4th December
For Rest of World delivery;
- Wednesday 27th November
