Fast and Free Returns

We want you to be delighted with your order so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, for UK based customers, please follow these 3 simple steps for a prompt exchange or refund;

1. Email us requesting a return and we will email or send you a Royal Mail Tracked Returns label and Returns Form.

2. Carefully re-package the goods in their original packaging, include a copy of your order and a completed Returns Form.

3. Affix the delivery label from Royal Mail to the package and simply drop it off at any Post Office!

On receipt of the goods, and assuming they are in a re-saleable condition, we will process the exchange or refund within 3 working days.

I have made two orders simultaneously and both have been absolutely amazing. Everything was perfectly gift wrapped and is going to make for an excellent birthday for my Ōkasan. The quality of the items is so high, I cannot compliment you enough. I love that everything is authentic, and actually made in Japan, and made traditionally. I have to ask though, what is the smell that everything had on it though? Because it all smelled so good. I don't know if it's just my Sakura incense I bought or not. Either way, I have loved everything. It is my goal to move to Japan in the future, so until I do, I'll be buying almost everything you sell as I will not be going anywhere else.
