Why We Love It!
The Nashiji Toyama 2 Tier Japanese Lacquer Stationery Box is a stunning two-tier Japanese lacquer box featuring a captivating seasonal landscape in the traditional Nashiji Toyama style, a distinctive form of Japanese lacquerware decoration. Delicate purple bellflowers (kikyo), soft red chrysanthemums, and graceful sprays of susuki pampas grass flourish against a shimmering golden fence. Beyond the fence, layers of green and earthy-brown mountains recede into the distance, creating a serene sense of depth. The background combines rich tones of gold, green, and black, enhanced by a subtle glittering gold effect that gives the landscape a sophisticated and atmospheric appearance.
Made in Japan from high-quality plastic with a smooth, polished finish, the Nashiji Toyama 2 Tier Japanese Lacquer Stationery Box features two practical storage compartments. The upper section has a fully removable lid, providing easy access to the contents, while the lower section functions as a drawer that opens smoothly using its elegant golden handle. Both compartments are lined with luxurious blue velvet, providing a striking contrast to the warm tones of the exterior decoration and creating a refined setting for stationery, personal effects, or other treasured items. A beautiful Japanese gift for anyone who appreciates traditional Japanese decorative art and craftsmanship.
