Sendan refers to changes in glaze caused by various factors inside a kiln and as a result, the appearance of colour and other characteristics may vary from piece to piece. Even in the same product, there can be differences, such as areas with a darker or lighter glaze, leading to individual variations which all adds to the character of these really stylish Japanese bowls!

We want you to be delighted with your order so if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, for UK based customers, please follow these 3 simple steps for a prompt exchange or refund;
1. Email us requesting a return and we will email or send you a Royal Mail Tracked Returns label and Returns Form.
2. Carefully re-package the goods in their original packaging, include a copy of your order and a completed Returns Form.
3. Affix the delivery label from Royal Mail to the package and simply drop it off at any Post Office!
On receipt of the goods, and assuming they are in a re-saleable condition, we will process the exchange or refund within 3 working days.
