Really beautiful plates for both sushi and for use as a side plate for buffets / finger food. Excellent service too - my parcel arrived very quickly and was really well packaged. My plates are probably slightly more teal green / blue than turquoise (most like the first picture). Being handmade the positioning of the glazes differs plate to plate as you would expect, But in a couple of the 10 plates I ordered the variance is slightly more than I would have liked (ie. slightly more off center). I much prefer buying something that is a one off with a bit of character than something mass produced though. So not a biggie for me. Another thing to note is the plates are quite heavy, so keep that in mind if weight is a consideration for you. Overall I am very pleased with my purchases.

Dear Ms Willard, I received my order today and I really felt I had to leave you some feedback! The plates (Turquoise Crackleglaze Japanese Plates) are of such high quality and they look absolutely beautiful! But I was actually taken aback from the immaculate service, the care that was taken to package them and the personal touch of sending a personal message and the origami crane bird! It's little touches like that that place a company above others! Especially as I received an order from another company yesterday and 2 out of the 3 items arrived broken. You're a great representation for your country, which I hope to visit at some point in my life. I just wanted to say thank you and congratulate you and will definitely be purchasing more products from your website soon! Have a great day!
